p.mline is a web-based project management tool available at app.pmline.app. We provide it on a subscription basis with different plan tiers as described on our pricing page.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All prices are shown exclusive of VAT where applicable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
You own all data and content you create in p.mline. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the service to you.
We will never claim ownership of your project data or use it for any purpose other than operating the service.
p.mline, its logo, design, and code are the intellectual property of the operator. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.
We aim to keep p.mline available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
We are not liable for any losses caused by service downtime or data loss, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
p.mline is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country in which the operator is based. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of p.mline after changes means you accept the updated terms.
